Gargi-jais11 opened a new pull request, #11677: URL: https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/11677
## What changes were proposed in this pull request? DiskBalancer copies a closed container to another disk correctly; the checksum on disk stays right. Import builds a new in-memory replica that starts as OPEN, and Ozone skips loading the data checksum for OPEN containers. CLOSED is restored after that, so memory never gets the checksum. Container reports use memory, so the moved replica is reported as checksum 0 while peers still show the real value. That can trigger false REPLICA_MISMATCH in Recon/reconcile; data is fine. **Fix:** Before import, set the new in-memory container to RECOVERING (same idea as replication import), so checksum loading runs, then restore CLOSED on disk as today. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-16814 ## How was this patch tested?
