Description: RangeHeaderParserUtil#parseRangeHeader calls Long.parseLong on
unbounded digit strings, so {{Range: bytes=0-99999999999999999999}} throws
NumberFormatException and GetObject and HeadObject return 500. Amazon S3
ignores such a Range and returns the whole object with 200; do the same and add
unit tests. (was: RangeHeaderParserUtil#parseRangeHeader and UploadPartCopy
call Long.parseLong on unbounded digit strings, so {{Range:
bytes=0-99999999999999999999}} throws NumberFormatException and GET, HEAD and
UploadPartCopy return 500. Treat overflowing values as invalid ranges, matching
AWS, and add unit tests.)
