adoroszlai opened a new pull request, #11699:
URL: https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/11699

   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Part of: Reorganize integration tests for better caching -- reduce the set
of tests that need to be triggered for changes in specific production code.

Recon integration tests are all in `ozone-integration-test-recon`, but
`ozone-integration-test` still depends on `ozone-recon` for a single test:
`TestOzoneConfigurationFields`.

   This change:
   - Create a new module `ozone-integration-test-all` to collect tests that may
depend on any Ozone component. This should be as small as possible, so a cache
miss does not hurt much.
   - Remove the unnecessary dependency from `ozone-integration-test` to allow
cache hit for `ozone-recon` changes.
