[Jira cleanup 2026-10-22] Resolving as Won't Fix. The requested Sonar refactor
targets RocksDBStore.getRangeKVs. HDDS-4733 deleted RocksDBStore in 2021.
RDBTable is a different implementation; any current complexity concern should
be assessed against that code.
