## What changes were proposed in this pull request? `DataTestUtil` mixes client- and server-side helpers. - extract the server-specific part to a new class `DataTestServerUtil` - move `DataTestUtil` to `ozone-client` This allows using `DataTestUtil` in non-integration tests in the future. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-17377 ## How was this patch tested?
