Currently snapshot diff jobs when they are cancelled only update the job
metadata to a state CANCELLED. The snapshot diff task continues to run on the
executor until it finishes or fails and then it is queued for cleanup.
While the cancelled job is running on the executor since it's jobId is
cancelled or overwritten by a new job in the snapshot diff table any generated
report entries are not accessible.
We need a more graceful way to cancel running snapshot diff jobs that will also
interrupt the existing job and performs cleanup.
