Introduce {{S3ClientProtocol}} with explicit delegation for all
{{ClientProtocol}} methods, including default methods, and use it for S3
Gateway clients. Preserve existing behavior and client lifecycle.
Track this shared refactoring separately from the RPC optimizations in
HDDS-16701, HDDS-16702 and HDDS-16703.
