## What changes were proposed in this pull request? `OMRecoverLeaseRequest` checks key ACLs in `preExecute` via `checkKeyAcls`. On failure (e.g. `PERMISSION_DENIED`), the request never reaches Ratis or `validateAndUpdateCache`, so recover-lease failures were not audited. This PR wraps that ACL check in try/catch and calls `markForAudit` with `OMAction.RECOVER_LEASE` before rethrowing, matching `OMKeySetTimesRequest`. `OMExecutionFlow` already logs the audit builder when `preExecute` fails. Adds `TestOMRecoverLeaseRequest.preExecutePermissionDeniedWhenAclEnabled`.
