SignedChunksInputStream and UnsignedChunksInputStream duplicate the chunk read
loop, line reading, chunk terminator and trailer parsing, and TrailerHeader is
nested in SignedChunksInputStream. Move TrailerHeader to a top-level class and
extract the shared logic into a common base class without changing behavior.
