## What changes were proposed in this pull request? FSO directory detection treats a missing Content-Length as zero, even when a streaming PutObject declares a nonzero decoded length. Select the payload length according to the streaming mode so nonempty uploads to keys ending in `/` reach normal object writes, while empty uploads still create directories. Decoded-length handling in this condition also overlaps #11714. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-17480 ## How was this patch tested? `TestObjectPut`: 125 tests passed after a clean build with the build cache disabled. Reverting the production fix makes three targeted cases fail; restoring it passes the suite. Local `checkstyle.sh` passed.
