{{OmTestManagers}} starts OM with the S3 gRPC server enabled, which is the
default since HDDS-7309. None of its callers use it. Each OM stop then spends
about 4 seconds in {{GrpcOzoneManagerServer#stop}}, waiting for two Netty event
loop groups to shut down gracefully.
Integration tests already disable the server in their {{ozone-site.xml}}.
Disabling it in {{OmTestManagers}} cuts {{TestDirectoryDeletingService}} from
about 112s to 33s locally.
