Ozone CI runs for 1-1.5 hours. Waiting for a completed run on master helps
with caching, but:
- easy to be unaware and merge too soon
- time-of-check vs. time-of-use (merge) problem (race condition between merges
by individual committers)
- creates hard limit on number of commits that can be merged in 24h
I propose to drop the per-commit build on {{master}}, replace it with a
periodic build every 3-4 hours. Developers would then base their work on the
commit with the green check, ignoring later, unchecked commits on {{master}}
for their dev branch.
