Description: This ticket will add additional actions to the S3 action to
Ranger permission mapping (followup to
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-16724 and
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-17029). It will also indicate that
the STS feature flag is not needed to be true in Ozone side for Ranger action
mapping to occur (followup to
