Description:
Currently after differ closes, OM DB may still be open and any compactions
after are not tracked in the `compactionLogTable` and the input files are also
not linked in SST backup directory when differ closes.
Continue to hardlink compaction files and add compaction logs to table until db
close time instead of stopping after differ close.
This change is meant to lower chances of falling back to full snapshot diff.
