Regression from HDDS-17308.
Steps to reproduce:
# Create an OBS bucket with more than 1000 keys starting with {{.}}, e.g.
{{.cache/0}} to {{.cache/1499}}.
# {{aws s3api list-objects-v2 --prefix /}}
Actual: the request never returns; S3 Gateway keeps calling OM listKeys even
after the client times out.
Expected: an empty result.
