Allow a container-copy request to specify a destination storage type, such as
SSD. Carry that value from SCM, through the source datanode, to the destination
datanode. The destination must choose a volume of that type and record the
actual volume type in the imported container's metadata. While the copy is
unfinished, SCM must count its expected space against the same type. Requests
without a type must keep the default behavior of the current feature branch.
