Good point, deletion has the same gap: a delete whose ACL check ran against the old bucket could remove the recreated bucket's lifecycle configuration. Fixing it needs a new optional bucketObjectID field in DeleteLifecycleConfigurationRequest, set in preExecute and checked in validateAndUpdateCache.
