> Please check if this handles follower SCM case to avoid shutdown ? This can happen for bad follower. It should not happen on a follower SCM now that HDDS-17090 is fixed. Follower SCMs can no longer send `errorNodeNotPermitted`. An SCM leader is the sole authority at deciding whether a DN is allowed to register. Rejecting a DN is not fixable with a retry, so DN shutting down on this message is the correct behavior, not the retry loop that was previously on master. If Recon independently chooses to reject a node (perhaps its topology configuration was incorrectly deployed differently from SCM's), we don't want to cause an outage so retry with warning log is our only option. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
