Touching these files for Recon config changes triggers rebuild of all dependent
components, although they affect only Recon.
We should move Recon configs to {{ozone-recon}}.
The only Recon config property used by other components is
{{ozone.recon.kerberos.principal}}, which should be moved to
{{hdds-server-framework}}.
