## What changes were proposed in this pull request? - Create buckets and keys for STS tests in few batches instead of one by one. - Local file path does not affect the test, so create only one file with `iceberg test content`. Similarly, `zeroByteFile` can be reused for creating `zeroByteFolder/`. - Create 15-minute credential before test data to reduce the end-of-test sleep a bit (until HDDS-17654 is fixed). - Check Ranger policy refresh (`ozone sh volume info s3v` success) more often. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-17647 ## How was this patch tested?
