Tsz-wo Sze created HDDS-17685:
---------------------------------

Summary: Use the all-acked length for CHAINED blocks in lease
recovery.
                 Key: HDDS-17685
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-17685
             Project: Apache Ozone
          Issue Type: Sub-task
            Reporter: Tsz-wo Sze

Claude:
Lease recovery. LeaseRecoveryClientDNHandler sets the last block's length from
a single datanode, via finalizeBlock or getCommittedBlockLength. For a CHAINED
block it must use the all-acked length, e.g. the minimum across replicas.
Otherwise the recovered key length can exceed what a shorter replica holds.
FinalizeBlock is also a Raft write today, so a CHAINED pipeline needs a
non-Raft path, such as a stream command or a direct call to each replica.
