Summary: [Recon][UI] Block Heatmap Search when path validation
fails

The Path field shows “Please enter valid path” for bad input, but Search still
updates {{searchPath}} and calls the API. In {{{}handleSubmit{}}}, skip
{{setSearchPath}} when {{{}isInputPathValid === 'error'{}}}. Extend the
invalid-path unit test to click Search and assert no extra fetch.
