HDDS-16039 added the S3 side of the mapping: S3StorageClass,
S3StorageClassSpec (it carries a StoragePolicy) and S3StorageClassResolver.
ObjectEndpoint does not use this yet. It never passes a StoragePolicy to the
client. So an object written through S3 gets the bucket or cluster default
policy, irrespective of what the client sends in x-amz-storage-class.
This ticket is to track passing the storage policy in PutObject, CopyObject and
CreateMultipartUpload.
Based on patch 26 of the storage policy series.
