Description:
We want to benchmark SCM(with HA) alone instead of deploying a whole Ozone
cluster, so we developed a remote benchmark tool for SCM.
This is different from the existing BenchMarkSCM in genesis which only tests an
SCM instance started during benchmark.
This is similar to NNThroughputBenchmark for NameNode in HDFS.
