The Ratis conf raft.server.data-stream.async.write.thread.pool.size default is
only 16. In Ozone, it should be configured to a similar value as
dfs.container.ratis.num.write.chunk.threads.per.volume.
Note that raft.server.data-stream.async.write.thread.pool.size is for all the
volumes but dfs.container.ratis.num.write.chunk.threads.per.volume is per
volume. We probably should support per volume setting and it will need Ratis
change.
