Ozone master is currently on a snapshot version of Ratis. Within this snapshot,
HDDS-5283 is dependent on RATIS-1384, and we would like to include RATIS-1401
as well. Once a Ratis release is created including these features, we will use
that version of Ratis on the ozone-1.2 branch.
