The purpose of this issue is to increase *idea.max.intellisense.filesize*.
At present, Ozone recommends that *idea.max.intellisense.filesize* is set to
*5000*, but it can no longer bear some protoc files in the Ozone project, such
as *OzoneManagerProtocolProtos.java*. (As shown in the attached picture)
I think the change to *idea.max.intellisense.filesize=10000* in the [Apache
Ozone Contribution
guideline|https://github.com/apache/ozone/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md] is more
in line with the needs of the current project.
