When we tested fiO concurrent writes using
[HCFS-FUSE|https://github.com/opendataio/hcfsfuse], we found that OM was
abnormally shut down. Looking at the log, we found that the ArraryList used in
RepeatedOmKeyInfo had the problem of unsafe thread.
