{{DatanodeConfiguration}} has a replication-specific config property
({{hdds.datanode.replication.streams.limit}}) since HDDS-2450.
HDDS-4496 added more specific config class
{{ReplicationServer#ReplicationConfig}} more recently.
We should move {{hdds.datanode.replication.streams.limit}}.
