Add docs for 1.2.1 release. These will show up under https://ozone.apache.org/docs/1.2.1 after this PR is merged. The https://ozone.apache.org/docs/current url has been updated to point to 1.2.1. Since there were no changes to the documentation between 1.2.1 and 1.2.0 (except the footer at the bottom with the version), the 1.2.0 docs and their url have been left as is. Tested locally by opening docs/1.2.1/index.html and docs/1.2.0/index.html in a browser and checking that the version in the footer said 1.2.1. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
