Description:
Currently java side native classes are not adapted from hadoop. This will
prevent loading isa-l even when hadoop native libs provided in LD_LIBRARYPATH.
This Jira proposes to copy that java native integration classes. This should
help to work with isa-l libs when they are available through hadoop native libs.
