{{xcompat}} acceptance test suite uses {{/etc/passwd}} in testing and assumes
that the file doesn't change between old and new Ozone client's image, which is
brittle.
Goal:
Create a dedicated file for the test instead of using {{/etc/passwd}}. Can be
as simple as {{echo testing > /tmp/testkey}}
