Multi-tenancy feature is using Apache ranger as the access authorizer
component. Apache ranger being external to Apache Ozone, the Ozone database can
go out of sync with Apache Ranger database in the event of system crashes and
network issues.
The design treats Ozone OMDB as the source of truth always. This Jira will be
used to add the background sync mechanism from Ozone OMDB to Apache Ranger.
