To test the om performance(QPS) under HA and non-HA, we could have a test tool
like SCMThroughputBenchmark.
There are two kinds of OM API, one is FileSystem type, and the other is Object
Store. We could refer to NNThroughputBench of HDFS.
This tool should be able to work without SCM. To achieve this, we may add some
configs and codes. OM will get the cluster-ID from SCM at the beginning of the
start, we could kill SCM afterward.
