Currently the ServiceInfo message is used by the S3G to determine how to
approach the Ozone Manager during authentication.
This was introduced earlier on but is not released yet in 1.2.0, aim is to
change the field in the ServiceInfo to transfer an int value, and with that
change the code to transfer the latest value of the OzoneManagerVersions enum.
Remove the configurable value and configuration option, and use the enum's
latest version in the protocol communication.
