Description:
Currently Recon gets delta updates from OM (new OM updates from Recon's current
txn id), and first forwards the list of updates to the post processing tasks
that typically update a SQL DB, and second updates its own OM snapshot DB . A
failure between step 1 and step 2 can cause the post processing tasks to
process same events again.
*Workaround until fix*
Reset Recon by deleting/renaming OM snapshot DB. It will re-init all the tasks.
