Description: This task is intended to introduce the {{KEY_PATH_LOCK}} in
the class {{{}OMKeyCreateRequest{}}}. The {{KEY_PATH_LOCK}} feature shall be
disabled by default using the configuration {{ozone.om.enable.key.path.lock}}
(= false). (was: Introduce {{KEY_PATH_LOCK}} in the class
{{OMKeyCreateRequest}}. The KEY_PATH_LOCK feature will be disabled by default
using the configuration ozone.om.enable.key.path.lock (= false).)
