Description:
After stressing a cluster for several days, we found that EC pipeline records
are never removed:
[ozoneadmin@TENCENT64 ~/ozone-1.3.0-SNAPSHOT]$ ./bin/ozone admin pipeline list
--state=CLOSED | wc -l
997
