Currently in feature branch, the s3gateway is skipped in test that confirms
that configuration keys defined are in xml file configurations. This Jira
re-enables checking and re-inserts ozone-s3gateway jar in integrations-test
classpath.
As discussed in feature branch merge draft pr #3297 and in ozone dev vote
thread for feature merge,
