As we disscuss in

If Bucket to true, the key should be able to keep multiple versions. And the
keyToDelete will not be deleted. So the keyToDelete's usedBytes should not
detracted.

If omBucketInfo.getIsVersionEnabled() to true, the key should be able to keep
