Hi [~ckj],
If this Jira can implement the getBlocks/ListBlocks API from given container,
we will be able to get the total set of blocks information.
And if getBlocks API gets the chunkInfo as well, then we should be able to use
it determine the safeLength to recover the block. May be ContainerProtocolCalls
could be a better place to add this API. What do you think?
