To get the snapshot of the write {{OMLockMetrics}} for exposing
{{writeLockWaitingTimeMsStat, writeLockHeldTimeMsStat}} over JMX.
To add the following lines to the {{OMLockMetrics.getMetrics()}} method:
{quote}writeLockHeldTimeMsStat.snapshot(builder, all);
writeLockWaitingTimeMsStat.snapshot(builder, all);
