Description:
Support FSO bucket in OMOpenKeysDeleteRequest and Response.
1. Migrate to the new {{OpenKeyBucket}} proto changed in HDDS-6491.
2. Change {{OMOpenKeysDeleteRequest/Response}} to support deleting keys in
OpenFileTable.
