Description:
Since we are using the name field of OpenKey proto as dbOpenKeyName in
HDDS-6491, and the volume and bucket field is not needed for updating quota in
HDDS-6556 and HDDS-6563.
We can simplify the DeleteOpenKeysRequest proto to just include repeated string
of dbOpenKeyName.
And we will need an additional BucketLayoutProto field for deleting (FSO) keys
in OpenFileTable.
