Description:
The configurations for ozone-site.xml of the Single Node Development Cluster
needs to be updated. With the current configuration properties the OzoneManager
will not initialise, to solve this we need to add another property along with
the rest :-

<name>ozone.scm.client.address</name>
<value>weichiu-1.weichiu.root.hwx.site,weichiu-2.weichiu.root.hwx.site,weichiu-3.weichiu.root.hwx.site</value>
