Summary: Recon tasks should write in batches to their databases

Some tasks are already writing in their databases in batches (eg.
FileSizeCountTask, TableCountTask), but some are writing individual events
separately to the DB (eg. ContainerKeyMapperTask, NSSummaryTask). It would be
better to write in batches in all the tasks, so in case of a problem when we
give them the same batch of events as before there wouldn't be events that are
processed by the task and wrote it in the DB previously.
