Thanks @errose28 for the comments. I have updated the PR. Since #3408 is merged, I have temporarily updated `RangerRestMultiTenantAccessController` so that it at least compiles. Whether to fix it or remove it will be done in another jira. At the moment the BG sync still uses `MultiTenantAccessAuthorizer` (which should be removed).
