[~Symious], I think your idea and summary are great - Thanks! Just as you
summarized, the node reports sent to the client is like the _Discover_
detailing the disk usage and which disks need balancing to the user.
_Execution_ is through the SCM to the datanode to perform the balancing through
_Plan_ with your comparison Volume data density metric. At which point the
data can be copied from _src_ over-utilized disks to _target_ under-utilized
disks then deleted from the src.
