During tenant creation, the fields {{quotaInBytes}} and {{quotaInNamespace}}
are not set. Hence during {{SetQuota}} request, we have this error.
{code:java}
ozone sh volume setquota --quota=10 tenttwo
Error:
Volume tenttwo is created before version 1.1.0, usedNamespace may be inaccurate
and it is not recommended to enable quota.
Invalid values for quota : counts quota is :-2.
