Thanks @Xushaohong for working on this. The overall patch LGTM. Besides
some minor inline comments,
could you help to implement another CLI which hows all the failed
transactions, and provide the available tx information for this CLI. And also
for tx list, can we support tx file as one type of parameter? So that we have
provide a file with txs if there are too much txs.
